Health & Hygiene

When camping or hiking, it is critical to keep clean hygiene practices in mind. Washing your hands on a regular basis, brushing your teeth, and keeping your body clean are all examples of good hygiene. It’s also vital to stay hydrated, eat nutritious meals, and get enough sleep.

On top of basic hygiene, being able to administer basic first aid, and know-how to protect yourself from the elements are all important when camping or hiking. Make sure you know how to treat blisters, insect bites, and other minor injuries. It’s also a good idea to carry a first-aid kit with you on your trip.
